Meet the founder
Krystal started One Mode Consulting because she genuinely loves business and helping business owners succeed.
After more than 20 years as a CPA, she has worked across a wide range of industries including retail, wholesale, professional services, and medical devices, and across multiple continents in both public and private companies. That breadth of experience means she has seen a lot and brings real-world perspective to every client she works with.
Krystal built her technical foundation at a Big 4 accounting firm, which gave her the rigor and discipline that underpins everything One Mode Consulting does. What drives her is not the numbers themselves, but what the numbers make possible. Watching a business owner finally understand their finances, make a confident decision, and hit a goal they have been working toward is what One Mode Consulting was built for.
When she's not working, you'll find Krystal with her family or sneaking in a run, a swim, a bike ride, or a yoga session. She believes every great day starts with movement.
